Senior Marketing Coordinator
to join our marketing team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining brand integrity, executing marketing operations, supporting events, and coordinating internal projects and resources. You will be a brand champion, ensuring consistency across all touch points while enabling efficient marketing execution across the organization.
Success in this role looks like seamless marketing campaign execution, consistent brand representation across materials, well-organized internal workflows, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Location
: Bellevue, WA Headquarters-Hybrid (3 days per week)
Your Next Opportunity:
Marketing Operations & Automation Build and manage HubSpot forms, email campaigns, and contact lists.
Build landing page templates and support demand generation efforts as needed.
Develop and deploy email templates and marketing email flows.
Provide backup support for basic website edits and updates.
Brand Stewardship & Asset Management Act as a brand ambassador, supporting internal teams in creating on-brand materials.
Serve as the point of contact for brand inquiries (logos, templates, etc.).
Review and support PowerPoint decks to ensure brand consistency.
Manage and maintain the marketing brand guide.
Uphold and enforce brand identity standards throughout the organization.
Maintain and organize marketing assets (e.g., upload files to HubSpot, manage shared drives).
Coordinate with the graphic designer for visual design support as needed.
Monitor and manage the brand inbox, ensuring timely responses to requests.
Event Marketing Support Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Director of Brand and Communications on event planning and execution.
Manage event timelines and workback schedules.
Coordinate with the graphic designer for booth assets and event collateral.
Oversee shipping/receiving logistics for event materials.
Support creation of internal stakeholder presentations for pre-show briefings.
Collect post-event feedback and coordinate follow-up activities.
Collaborate with demand generation team members to ensure alignment on event strategy and execution.
Project Management & Team Coordination Serve as the primary coordinator for marketing projects within Asana.
Manage intake of new marketing requests and assign tasks accordingly.
Evaluate existing resources and coordinate updates or creation of new assets.
Maintain franchise and partner marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
What Qualifies You:
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or brand management. Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms). Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Experience in event planning or support. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. Moxians Are Covered:
