Job Description
This is a growth-focused opportunity for an APM with a minimum of
3 years of experience
in commercial interiors. You'll work closely with a Project Manager, providing critical support while gaining the experience and exposure needed to transition into a full PM role within 18-24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing commercial interiors projects ranging from
10,000 - 100,000+ sq.ft. Take ownership of key project components or manage smaller projects independently under PM oversight Handle full
document control
processes including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes Attend and begin leading
OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings Support in developing
change orders
and
price estimates Coordinate with subcontractors to
bid out trades ,
develop trade scopes , and
compile bid packages Participate in
preconstruction

The Successful Applicant
3+ years of experience
in commercial construction with a focus on interiors Strong understanding of project documents and workflows (RFIs, submittals, etc.) Proven ability to manage segments of work independently or lead small projects Comfortable communicating with clients, architects, and subcontractors Proficiency in
Procore
required Exposure to estimating and preconstruction preferred Self-starter who is organized, accountable, and motivated to grow into a PM role Bachelor's Degree
in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (required) What's on Offer
