This role is ideal for a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect with deep experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, patient engagement solutions, and cloud-based data integration platforms.
Rate Range:
$97.00/hour to $102.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
CRM Solution Architect - Patient Support Services job responsibilities include:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for Patient Support Programs (PSPs). Architect scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture. Integrate partner services (e.g., Benefits Verification, Co-Pay, Dispense) into the overall patient services platform. Provide architectural oversight for implementations involving Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, and Python. Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and present findings to stakeholders. Desired Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Application and System Architect preferred. Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and FHIR data integrations. Proven ability to design scalable integrations using Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and Data Raptors. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Snowflake, Informatica, and DevOps tools (AutoRabbit, GitHub, Terraform). Familiarity with data privacy techniques including encryption, masking, and anonymization. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Nice to Have:
Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Service Cloud Voice, and Advanced Therapy Management. Pay Details:
$97.00 to $102.00 per hour
