Recruiter / HR Coordinator

Pay Range: $25 to $30 per hour

Location:

Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Recruiter / HR Coordinator

and help drive general recruiting and HR operations for a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting efforts across departments

Partner with staffing agencies and manage temporary hiring needs

Schedule interviews and meetings via Zoom and Teams

Post job openings and manage applicant flow using internal systems

Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and compliance

Handle pre-employment tasks like background checks, offer letters, and assessments

Maintain accurate records and generate reports

Assist with benefits coordination and workplace safety documentation

Requirements:

Experience in general recruiting and HR coordination

Strong organizational and communication skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems

Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Bonus: Background in nonprofit, healthcare, or construction industries
