Human Resources Generalist - Twinsburg, OH
Pay Range:
$24.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule:
M-F 8am to 5pm Location:

A growing organization in Twinsburg is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Human Resources Generalist
to support all aspects of HR operations. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, training coordination, employee relations, and compliance reporting. It's an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to contribute to a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and interview candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
Manage job postings and applicant tracking
Conduct full-cycle onboarding including I-9 verification, background checks, and orientation
Training & Development
Coordinate implementation of the annual training plan
Liaise with internal and external training providers
Track training hours, attendance, and budget utilization
Payroll & Benefits
Assist with payroll processing for employees and temporary staff
Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws
Support benefits administration and enrollment coordination
HRIS & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP)
Generate internal and external reports as needed
Support timekeeping processes and data integrity
Employee Relations & Compliance
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and reporting requirements
Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE)
Promote safe work practices in alignment with company policies
Support a positive safety and environmental culture
Projects & Process Improvement
Recommend and implement process enhancements
Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Seila)
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
Experience with employee engagement and wellness programs
