LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a Monday through full-time IN-OFFICE position. Pay range $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, processing orders, and general support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information about products, services. Process customer orders, shipping information, verifying customer account information. Payment processing and receipt information. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on systems and procedures. Document all conversations into CRM database for recordkeeping. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent call center experience handling 60+ calls per day Experience with written correspondence and live chat support. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must have a dedicated workspace, secure internet, and a reliable phone line.
