Customer Service
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Phoenix who is looking to add a full time customer service representative to their team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and is comfortable managing a mix of customer service, billing inquiries, and light technical support.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with questions about our products and services Handle basic billing support such as account lookups and payment issues Provide light technical assistance, including basic troubleshooting Document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience (call center or support environment preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with basic computer systems and troubleshooting Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented High school diploma or equivalent required Pay Details:
$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
