Base Salary : $52,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)

General Manager,
you’ll be the driving force behind our studio’s success, leading a passionate team while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire – Manage daily studio operations while motivating and developing a high-performing team of Flexologists and Sales Associates Drive Membership Growth – Implement sales strategies, local marketing, and community outreach initiatives to grow our client base and exceed revenue goals Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience – Foster a positive, inclusive studio environment that keeps clients engaged and coming back Manage Studio Operations – Ensure the studio runs smoothly, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction Recruit & Develop Staff – Hire, onboard, and provide ongoing training for employees to ensure a strong, motivated team Track & Optimize Performance – Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, and implement strategies for studio growth
Who We’re Looking For:
1+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed revenue goals Strong leadership and team-building skills – ability to motivate, train, and develop employees Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management abilities Passion for health & wellness, with a desire to educate and inspire others Tech-savvy mindset – experience with AI-driven tools for operations is a plus!
Compensation & Benefits:
