Position: General Manager
Location: Scarsdale, NY
Base Salary : $52,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)

Our studios are vibrant, welcoming spaces where fitness, wellness, and community come together. As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our studio’s success, leading a passionate team while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire – Manage daily studio operations while motivating and developing a high-performing team of Flexologists and Sales Associates
• Drive Membership Growth – Implement sales strategies, local marketing, and community outreach initiatives to grow our client base and exceed revenue goals
• Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience – Foster a positive, inclusive studio environment that keeps clients engaged and coming back
• Manage Studio Operations – Ensure the studio runs smoothly, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Recruit & Develop Staff – Hire, onboard, and provide ongoing training for employees to ensure a strong, motivated team
• Track & Optimize Performance – Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, and implement strategies for studio growth
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed revenue goals
• Strong leadership and team-building skills – ability to motivate, train, and develop employees
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management abilities
• Passion for health & wellness, with a desire to educate and inspire others
• Tech-savvy mindset – experience with AI-driven tools for operations is a plus!
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
