Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while managing their financial needs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on investment and asset management strategies. Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess client portfolios and recommend appropriate adjustments. Manage cash flow and ensure effective cash management practices are followed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of securities law and compliance requirements to advise clients accurately. Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored wealth management solutions for clients. Regularly meet with clients to provide account reviews Support financial sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Requirements Proven experience in investment management, asset management, or a related field is preferred. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively. Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices is advantageous. Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with securities law and regulations governing the financial industry is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
