Outdoor Supply Hardware Cupertino - Full-Time Receiving Lead Join to apply for the Outdoor Supply Hardware Cupertino - Full-Time Receiving Lead role at Central Network Retail Group, LLC (CNRG) Job Summary The Receiver ensures merchandise is properly and safely unloaded from incoming trucks. Responsibilities include counting all merchandise, comparing actual counts to purchase orders, documenting discrepancies, and informing store management of any issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to CNRG Mission and Values daily. Provide excellent customer service to exceed customer expectations. Inspect incoming merchandise for quantity discrepancies and damage. Enter received merchandise data into the inventory control system. Process returned and damaged goods promptly and according to company policy. Move merchandise to the sales floor and prepare freight for shipment. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members. Assist with register operation and customer service when needed. Obtain necessary certifications in receiving, forklift operation, and service desk. Complete the HCI product knowledge course. Keep the receiving and RGA areas organized. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications for Success Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and organizational ability are essential. Must distinguish between similar products, accurately count items, and input data into the system. Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and handle large or odd-shaped items is required. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is necessary.
