We are seeking an organized and analytical Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our supply chain operations by managing stock allocations and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role plays a key part in preventing product shortages, supporting customer service levels, and executing commercial strategies through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a background in supply chain functions such as order management, inventory planning, or distribution. Key Responsibilities:Demand Management & Order AllocationExecute stock allocations using established business rules and customer prioritization strategies.Apply GLOBE tools (e.g., Product Allocation Cockpit, Material Substitutions) to manage inventory in scenarios including:Short supplyPromotionsNew product launchesDiscontinued itemsSeasonal or price/pack changesAdjust allocation settings based on operational alignment and commercial strategies.Monitor and manage sales order fulfillment; proactively identify potential shortages and determine mitigation actions.Collaborate with Customer Solution Analysts to address and resolve customer-impacting issues.Operational ExecutionEnsure timely creation of delivery notes and proper root cause tracking for unconfirmed items.Utilize SAP and related tools to manage reservations, inventory visibility, and order prioritization.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with internal teams (Transportation, Warehousing, Demand Planning) to ensure seamless fulfillment.Participate in operational reviews and contribute to KPI tracking and performance monitoring.Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Center of Competence (CoC). Qualifications:Education:Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.Experience:2-4 years of experience in supply chain or related fields (e.g., Order Management, Inventory Planning, Distribution, Transportation).Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).SAP, BW, or Business Objects experience preferred.Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.
