This person will be responsible for supporting the Accounting Department in the areas of Payables, Receivables, Customer and Vendor Relations, as well as General Office Duties as needed.

In the role of Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to maintaining efficient office operations and supporting financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable. Reporting to the Accounting Department, you will leverage your core skills in clerical tasks, customer service, and organizational abilities to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Your skills in QuickBooks and office management will ensure our financial reporting accuracy. Additionally, your relevant experience with Microsoft Office and data entry will be vital in managing records and supporting the team effectively. *Responsibilities* * Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate financial records. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks efficiently. * Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for daily administrative functions. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
