Failure to abide by this term of employment shall constitute unethical conduct as defined by the NCAA and may result in immediate suspension and/or termination of the employment relationship with ISU.Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities Mentor and tutor nursing students in need.Monitor your schedule, maintain appointments, attend appointments on time.Send documentation of the tutoring session to the Nursing Student Success Specialist.Refer students with additional needs to the Nursing Student Success Specialist.Have regular 1-on-1 meetings with the Nursing Student Success Specialist.
