We’re seeking a skilled legal professional for a fully onsite opportunity in

Miami, FL . This position is available on a temporary, contract-to-hire, or direct-hire basis depending on candidate fit. Experienced litigation paralegals supporting multiple attorneys with Business Torts, Contract Disputes, Antitrust, Product and Professional Liability, Insurance Defense, and Construction cases are encouraged to apply today!

Position Overview:

This Litigation Paralegal role supports a dynamic legal team with responsibilities that include: Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and discovery

Managing case files and maintaining confidentiality

Trial preparation and coordination

Coordinating with attorneys and legal staff on case preparation

Performing legal research and summarizing findings

Handling administrative tasks related to litigation and client communications

Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of recent experience in a Litigation Paralegal role (law firm or corporate legal department) supporting multiple commercial litigation attorneys (plaintiff personal injury, family, bankruptcy, criminal, and similar practice areas are not encouraged to apply)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment which requires occasional overtime

State and Federal E-filing (PACER)

Details: Location: Miami, FL (onsite only)

Pay Range: $28–$50/hour

Employment Type: Temp, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct-Hire

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $50.00 per hour
