A professional office in Houston is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operations during a key transition. This role is part-time on-site (Tues–Thurs) and focused on administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with potential for long-term, full-time employment. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in handling tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

· Assemble and prepare packets for meetings and conferences

· Manage vendor communications related to the office relocation

· Coordinate schedules and pickups with moving service providers

· Provide calendar management support as needed

· Use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily tasks Qualifications and Requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Experience with calendar management is a plus

· Must be sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented

· Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities Benefits and Perks:
