Be the welcoming face for clients and visitors and handle incoming calls with professionalism Maintain accurate data in CRM and Excel spreadsheets Manage accounts receivable and service department receipts Oversee internal and external communications through Microsoft Outlook Keep clients informed on title and registration processes Monitor office supplies and place orders as required Handle general administrative tasks like scanning, filing, and organizing documents Support management with ad hoc tasks and special projects This Administrative Assistant position offers a dynamic mix of client interaction and operational support within a team dedicated to integrity and a shared mission. Administrative Assistant Background Profile

Minimum of 3 years' administrative experience in a professional setting Hands-on experience with basic accounting functions Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach Strong organizational abilities with multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus Knowledge of Sage or QuickBooks is advantageous Prior experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not mandatory Comfortable working in a faith-based environment with a values-driven culture Features and Benefits
