Our mission-driven approach and unwavering dedication to excellence ensure that we continue to deliver superior products and solutions to our customers around the world.THE WORKThis is a Level 2 Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative position supporting the LM Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) F-35 Training Systems (TS) Sustainment Program at Eglin Air Force Base, FL.The position will support the F-35 Level 1 Training Systems Support Center (TSSC 1) at Eglin AFB, FL, and interfaces with Level 1 TSSC Quality Lead at Eglin AFB, FL and the F-35 Training Systems Sustainment Quality Program Manager (QPM) in Orlando, FL on F-35 Training Systems Quality Assurance work tasks/priorities. This position will functionally report to the F-35 Training and Logistics Program Quality Engineering Senior Manager. The candidate will be expected to fairly quickly come-up to speed with the F-35 TS products, System/Software Quality work scope, technical requirements, program risks, and delivery milestone schedule.This position is part of the TSSC 1 organization based at Eglin AFB, FL and includes responsibility for sustainment of F-35 training products and device change activity at multiple locations across the F-35 Training System enterprise. The selected candidate may be required to travel to other operational F-35 sites to support audits and installs.WHY JOIN USWe believe that owning your career and having the freedom to make critical business decisions is key to making a real impact.Basic QualificationsMust have a demonstrated history of strong performance and ability to take initiative across a variety of QA responsibilities/tasks on production and/or sustainment programs. AS9100 knowledge. Basic audit experience.Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance. Use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Systems & Software Engineering requirements, design, integration and test. Understanding of software dependencies, development lifecycles, process flow, development methodologies, production, maintenance, and sustainment methods.Must be able to manage multiple priorities and have strong documentation and follow-through skills including experience in producing technical reports to a high professional standard.Desired skillsExcellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quality assurance experience, or High School diploma and relevant work experience of 5+ years. DoD contract experience. Awareness of LM RMS process and procedures. Awareness of software development lifecycles such as Agile Development. Process and product auditing experience. Systems and Hardware Engineering a plus. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
