The Compliance Quality Assurance and Control position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of various PCA transactional processes associated with the Tempus Unlimited Fiscal Intermediary PCA Program contract and various Community Services contracts. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus Quality program and FI/Community Services contract requirements. Prepare daily reports to communicate results of various quality activities to appropriate Tempus personnel. Inform QA Supervisor of any quality trends identified during the quality control process. Essential Functions Perform routine Quality Control testing on incoming New Hire Paperwork (NHP). Perform routine Quality Control testing of Direct Deposit/Debit Card Paperwork (DD/DC). Perform routine Quality Control testing of Consumer/Surrogate assignments. Identify Findings and Notifications. Update multiple quality spreadsheets in EXCEL for reporting purposes. Assist in the production and delivery of the NHP, and DD/DC daily reports. Coordinate with other QC team members to ensure all areas of QC are being completed in a timely manner. Effectively interact with FI, Administration and Community Service teams to resolve issues (i.e. missing or incomplete paperwork). Notify Quality Assurance Supervisor of any repeating error trends to improve the quality process and/or identify potential training issues. Immediately alert appropriate Quality Control and Payroll Management individuals if a High Priority finding is discovered. Ensure a communication has been made and resolution steps are in process to correct finding, and procedures are identified to prevent re-occurrence if the finding is critical in scope (Someone shows up on OIG). . Support Quality Assurance team upon request (document extraction, sample production, Overbilling). Perform other duties as assigned by QA Supervisor Competencies Strong organizational skills Attention to accuracy and detail Proficiency with basic math calculations Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently Experience with Excel, Spreadsheets, and Graphs Preferred Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Prior Quality Control and Customer Service experience a plus! Required Education High School Diploma Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and scanners.
