Active Top Secret/SCI required We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity SME to support the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) mission. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and FISMA compliance. You will work closely with PACAF Main Operating Bases (MOBs) and Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) to maintain secure systems, prepare for inspections, and ensure compliance with Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), and federal cybersecurity requirements. The position involves both on-site and virtual support, mentoring of cyber teams, and collaboration with senior leaders, technical staff, and mission owners. Key Responsibilities: Provide cybersecurity, RMF, and FISMA support for PACAF mission owners. Advise, mentor, and train cyber forces to meet all compliance requirements. Coordinate with MOBs and GSUs to sustain compliance with FISMA, DoD, and AF directives. Conduct on-site and virtual security assessments, validation reviews, and inspections (CORA, CCORI). Prepare bases for compliance inspections and create CORA/CCORI scores and Risk Assessment Reports. Develop, update, and maintain RMF documentation and A&A packages in eMASS, ITIPS, SNAP, GIAP, and CMRS. Ensure A&A data is synchronized across AF and DISA repositories. Create, revise, and submit deliverables such as System Security Plans, Ports/Protocols/Services Matrices, and security artifacts. Support circuit connection approval processes and maintain required system documentation. Troubleshoot issues with DoD vulnerability scanning tools, endpoint protection systems, and other required security tools. Use DISA STIGs, NIST guidelines, and AF cybersecurity policies to ensure system compliance. Provide recommendations for mitigations and follow-on actions, including POAMs. Support Continuous Monitoring Risk Scoring (CMRS) efforts and utilize AF “Cyber Ready 365” tools. Train personnel in the use of DoD security technical tools and best practices. Brief senior leadership and large audiences on cybersecurity readiness and risk posture. Requirements Active Top Secret/SCI clearance. 2–3 years of experience in RMF, FISMA, A&A, and cybersecurity assessments. DoD 8140/8570 certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CASP+, CISA, CySA+). Strong knowledge of Air Force cyber architecture and PACAF mission support. Experience with DISA tools, connection approval processes, and AF accreditation systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel up to 40% to PACAF locations.
