* 24-hour OB/GYN hospital call * Must be able to perform deliveries and required procedures (see below)

* Beds: 349 * Trauma Level: II * EMR: Epic
Department & Support
* Team Composition:
* 1 Physician * 2 Advanced Practice Providers * 1 Midwife
Procedures Required
* C-Sections * Hysterectomies * D&Cs * Colposcopies * Hysteroscopies
Licensure & Certifications
* IL License: Active Illinois license or IMLC accepted * Board Certification:
* Must be Board Certified in OB/GYN * Or Board Eligible with certification required within 5 years of training completion
* BLS: Required Patient Population
* Age Distribution (Rolling 12 Months Through June 2025):
* 6-17: 3% * 18-35: 93% * 36-59: 35% * 60-64: 4% * 65-80: 9%
(Note: some overlap in percentages likely due to multi-visit patients or encounter reporting.) Payer Mix
* Commercial FFS: 45% * Medicare FFS: 14% * Medicare Other: 2% * Medicaid FFS: 37% * Self-Pay: 2%
