QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of plant management experience in food manufacturing (frozen food experience strongly preferred) Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required HACCP certification required Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, and USDA | FDA guidelines
