Seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of operation. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of plant management experience within food manufacturing, a proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, and expertise in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certified) methodologies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with HACCP standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of plant management experience in food manufacturing (frozen food experience strongly preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required
- HACCP certification required
- Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, and USDA | FDA guidelines
