with a strong footprint in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a dynamic
Operations Leader
to oversee multiple warehouse and distribution locations in the Metro Detroit area. This is a high-impact leadership role with the ability to shape operations, drive performance, and grow alongside the company as it continues its upward trajectory.

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control. Drive operational excellence through KPIs focused on efficiency, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions. Collaborate with warehouse managers to optimize staffing, training, and equipment. Conduct regular site visits to assess conditions, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues and support customer needs. Manage budgets, including operating expenses and capital investments. Support hiring, training, and performance management of warehouse staff. Promote consistent processes and system usage to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferred, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with multi-site oversight preferred. 3+ years of direct leadership experience managing salaried and/or hourly associates. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics best practices. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations. Cost-conscious mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and margin improvement. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies a plus.
