This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee order entry from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding order status, inquiries, and resolutions Investigate and document returns, process customer concerns, and collaborate with internal teams as needed Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and integrity Monitor pricing, generate reports, and document any standard price adjustments Support sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, bid preparation, and execution of sales strategies Stay informed on product specifications to provide guidance and optimize customer solutions

Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in customer support or order management; inside sales experience is a plus Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; CRM experience is a plus (NetSuite preferred) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
