Location: Irwin, PA Industry: Manufacturing Pay: $18$20/hour Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). 4-6 month contract to hire opportunity About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to find a detail-oriented and customer-focused representative to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity (46 months) with the potential to convert to permanent, offering stability and room to grow within the company. Job Description

This role supports the sales and service departments by managing inbound customer requests, processing orders, and coordinating service calls. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. Coordinate service technician dispatch for equipment repairs. Prepare and deliver quotations for spare parts, consumables, tooling, and services. Review commercial contracts and process purchase orders in SAP. Maintain accurate customer and equipment records in Salesforce. Assist with customer surveys, feedback processes, and special projects. Support and cross-train with other team members as needed. Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or similar environment (retail experience will not be considered). Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus; must be comfortable learning new systems quickly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to adapt to various personalities. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
