Tenant Relations & Event Coordinator
to serve as the primary liaison between tenants and property management, ensuring an exceptional tenant experience through proactive communication, engaging events, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and community partners Greet tenants daily and manage all tenant communications Plan, organize, and execute tenant events such as food trucks, health fairs, and charity drives Develop and implement tenant appreciation programs, discounts, and welcome packages Create marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and website updates Maintain accurate tenant records and coordinate annual tenant feedback meetings Support company wellness and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications 1–2 years of marketing, customer service, or event planning experience Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Mailchimp, Canva, and PowerPoint Excellent communication, writing, and relationship-building skills Strong time management skills and ability to work independently Experience in customer experience or account service environments preferred
