Dallas, TX Job Type: Full-Time, on-site White Rock Medical Center is a community-focused healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering strong relationships with our patients and neighbors. We're seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help us grow our presence and manage our marketing tools and campaigns. Position Summary: The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will oversee the hospital's marketing platforms, tools, and applications, while also supporting internal and external communications efforts. They will also be responsible for tracking patient intake metrics and being able to demonstrate an increase in patient volume and satisfaction due to their marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare storytelling and brand development. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain marketing software, CRM systems, email platforms, and social media tools. Develop and distribute internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and staff updates. Create and schedule content across digital channels including website, social media, and newsletters. Coordinate and execute community outreach initiatives, health fairs, and local events. Track and report on campaign performance and community engagement metrics. Lead engagements with marketing vendors to boost our online ad presence and SEO optimization. Plan and present marketing budget, needs, and long-term outlook to higher leadership. Collaborate with internal departments to gather stories, updates, and promotional material. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 13 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Experience in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) Demonstration of past experience via a shareable portfolio. Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for community engagement and healthcare advocacy. Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Benefits:
