Real Estate Counsel
to join its legal team in Palm Beach, Florida. This is a high-impact legal role supporting national real estate development, construction, and commercial operations. Company provides excellent benefits, a family-friendly environment, substantive work, and a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate real estate purchase/sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, easements, and financing documents Oversee title, survey, and environmental due diligence Advise on land use, zoning, and permitting matters; attend zoning hearings Manage and resolve construction-related disputes Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, marketing, and data-sharing contracts Collaborate with internal teams and oversee outside counsel Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience (law firm and/or in-house) Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills Confident communicator with excellent business judgment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
