Robert Half is partnering with an established, well respected company seeking a Real Estate Counsel to join its legal team in Palm Beach, Florida. This is a high-impact legal role supporting national real estate development, construction, and commercial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate real estate purchase/sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, easements, and financing documents
- Oversee title, survey, and environmental due diligence
- Advise on land use, zoning, and permitting matters; attend zoning hearings
- Manage and resolve construction-related disputes
- Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, marketing, and data-sharing contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams and oversee outside counsel
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience (law firm and/or in-house)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent business judgment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
