About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned
Tech Recruiter
who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and treats recruiting as both a craft and a strategic function. You’ll be responsible for building world-class technical and GTM teams from the ground up—partnering closely with leadership to bring in top talent that will define our future. If you have
3+ years of recruiting experience
at a startup, tech, or other high-growth company—and you’re ready to own the entire process from sourcing to closing—this is your chance to have a tangible impact on a rapidly scaling organization.
What You’ll Do Manage
full-cycle recruiting
for technical and GTM hires, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. Partner with executives and hiring managers to define scorecards, shape interview loops, and align on hiring priorities. Develop creative
outbound sourcing strategies
that go beyond LinkedIn to find high-signal candidates. Deliver a
world-class candidate experience
from first touch to signed offer. Build and refine recruiting processes that can scale with company growth. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen the company’s
talent brand
and market presence. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years
of in-house recruiting experience in
startup, tech, or high-growth environments . Proven success in hiring
technical and/or GTM roles
in competitive talent markets. Strong closing skills and ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A process-oriented mindset with the ability to improve and scale recruiting operations. Passion for building exceptional teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$120,000 – $160,000 base Equity:
