Construction Project Manager

to join their team.

Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of

ground-up and renovation construction projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ . This role is

office-based in Columbus , with no travel required. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results that align with client expectations, budget, schedule, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and financial reports Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company protocols Maintain proactive communication with clients, architects, and consultants Resolve project-related issues and facilitate decision-making in a timely manner

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience

as a Construction Project Manager with a general contractor Experience managing commercial construction projects of at least

$5 million in value Sector experience in

education, healthcare, commercial, industrial, or multi-family

is a plus Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

preferred but not required
