Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required). Over 10 years of experience in hardware and firmware design in defense or aerospace manufacturing (required). Proven expertise in designing high-power and mixed-signal electronic circuits, including components such as electrical fans, servo motor drives, and system interface modules. Proficient in the use of design and development software, including Cadence OrCAD 16.5 (or newer), Keil 5 (or newer), Autodesk Eagle 9 (or newer), C/C++, C#, Microsoft Office applications, RTOS, and circuit simulation tools. Skilled in electrical testing and board/system-level troubleshooting using common electronic testing instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, frequency counter, spectrum analyzer, curve tracer). Experience in project and/or program management. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards. Familiarity with U.S. Department of Defense requirements (highly desirable).

Responsibilities Lead research and development efforts for high-performance variable-speed brushless DC motors and fan assemblies, including axial, mixed-flow, and centrifugal configurations. Develop hardware and firmware for controller systems used in pumping applications. Design and implement hardware and firmware for sensor-based devices, including flow sensors and configurable control units. Provide engineering expertise to support production activities. Contribute to the development of new business proposals, including cost analysis and technical evaluation.
