Maintenance Mechanics
to their team. These are
full-time, 100% on-site
roles available on all three shifts, with the opportunity to convert to permanent employment after 3–6 months.

Haverhill, MA (On-site) Shifts:
6:00am–2:00pm | 2:00pm–10:00pm | 10:00pm–6:00am (no shift differential) Type:
Contract-to-Hire (3–6 months to convert)
Role Overview: Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system components Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and safety regulations Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Qualifications: 1–5 years of mechanical/industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders accurately High school diploma/GED required; vocational/technical training preferred Experience in food manufacturing or familiarity with HACCP, SSOP, and LOTO is a plus Willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed If this sounds like a fit for your background, let’s set up a quick call to discuss.
