Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate should have experience interpreting technical drawings, using precision measurement tools, and working with various materials. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) according to engineering drawings and specifications. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD/CAM files. Load raw materials and ensure correct tooling is used. Monitor machine operation during production runs to detect any issues. Perform routine inspections of parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. Make offset adjustments and minor programming changes as needed. Maintain equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance tasks. Record production data and complete inspection documentation. Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and other team members to resolve machining or quality issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and 5S standards.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in machining or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a CNC machinist or similar role. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
