FP&A and Internal Control Specialist
with proven experience in a
manufacturing or industrial environment . In this role, you will work closely with operations, supply chain, and plant management to drive accurate forecasting, improve cost transparency, and strengthen internal controls that directly impact production efficiency and profitability.

This position reports to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities Lead the
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
process for our manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain
standard costing models , product margin analysis, and operational KPIs. Partner with plant and supply chain teams to analyze production drivers, material usage, labor efficiency, and capacity utilization. Implement and continuously improve
internal control frameworks
aligned with US GAAP and manufacturing compliance standards. Monitor and improve processes around
inventory control, capital expenditure tracking, and cost allocation . Support plants and business units during audits, ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness. Ensure ERP (Macola, SAP, or similar) data integrity and integration with financial reporting. Drive finance-led initiatives to
optimize manufacturing performance and cost efficiency .
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. 5+ years of FP&A or Internal Controls experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or industrial finance. Strong knowledge of
cost accounting, standard costing, BOMs, and production performance metrics . ERP experience (Macola preferred); advanced Excel and BI tool skills. CPA, CMA, ACCA, or similar designation preferred; CIA or CISA an asset. Ability to work collaboratively with plant and operations teams —
comfortable walking the shop floor . Must have US work authorization.
