We are seeking a skilled Estimator with 3–5 years of direct experience in metal/light gauge framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong estimating capabilities with hands-on project management experience. General Contractor (GC) experience is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for Division 9 scopes. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution. Analyze subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing. Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and change order management. Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years of relevant estimating experience in drywall, framing, and acoustical ceilings. Familiarity with GC operations and project workflows. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Estimating Edge, and On Screen Takeoff (OST)
