Position Title: Senior Analyst – Asset Management

Role Summary: The Senior Analyst – Asset Management will play a key role in supporting the strategic oversight and performance optimization of a diverse portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate assets. This position collaborates cross-functionally and provides analytical insight to drive value creation and ensure alignment with the overall investment strategy. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of asset-specific and portfolio-wide value enhancement strategies aimed at maximizing net operating income (NOI) and overall asset value. Partner with internal teams—including Finance, Construction, Operations, and Investor Relations—as well as third-party property managers, to monitor performance relative to business plans and budgets. Conduct ongoing research to stay informed about local market trends, competitive positioning, pipeline supply, and economic drivers. Oversee regulatory compliance and help enforce internal sustainability and operational standards. Coordinate and track capital projects, acting as a liaison between asset management and third-party vendors. Participate in on-site property inspections and work alongside investment leadership to understand asset-specific objectives and challenges. Assist in the preparation of reporting for lenders and investors. Maintain and update financial models to reforecast performance, evaluate return scenarios, and support hold/sell/refinance decisions. Prepare quarterly forecasts, reserve analysis, and recommendations for cash distributions. Contribute to periodic asset valuations and fund-level reporting requirements. Support transactions related to refinances and dispositions, including due diligence coordination and adherence to key timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or business analytics within the real estate sector, with direct exposure to both multifamily and commercial asset types.
