Location : Bethesda, MD (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)
Salary Range : $100K-115k+ (Bonus & Benefits)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Client Services Officer to join a premier wealth management firm. This role focuses on delivering high-touch, personalized services to high-net-worth individuals and families. As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, resolving complex inquiries, and managing trust and investment services.
Key Responsibilities: Provide white-glove service to investment management and trust clients, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and attention to detail. Manage complex client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions while maintaining positive relationships. Coordinate with fiduciary officers, investment officers, attorneys, and other professionals to meet client needs. Handle account onboarding, money movement, and compliance procedures. Support clients with trust account administration, including monitoring balances, transactions, and compliance with trust agreements. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operations.
Qualifications: 5+ years of client service experience in wealth management or trust services, with a focus on high-net-worth clients. Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and trust administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Salesforce and trust management software (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.) is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
