Lancaster, WI , is seeking a hands-on
Electrical/Robotic Control Technician
with
PLC programming expertise
to join their growing team.
This is a
full-time, onsite role
with required
regional travel (approx. 20–25%)
to customer sites for installations and troubleshooting of turnkey automation systems.
Most travel is same-day, with minimal overnight stays , allowing you to be home most evenings while still supporting cutting-edge automation solutions.

What You’ll Do: Lead and support electrical and robotic controls projects from start to finish Program and troubleshoot
PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)
and
HMIs Work with robotic systems (Fanuc experience preferred) Design control networks, select components, and generate AutoCAD electrical schematics Travel to customer sites (mostly same-day) for
installation and troubleshooting Collaborate on design improvements and ensure systems meet quality standards
What You Bring: Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience Strong hands-on experience in
PLC programming, HMI design, and electrical troubleshooting Familiarity with vision systems and robotics (Fanuc, Cognex, Omron, Keyence preferred) Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a self-directed work style

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift) Pay:
