For Maint Techs, our range starts at 29.05/hr, and we have 4 additional levels, which are based on experience. Our Maintenance Mgr determines, based on the interview, where he believes the individual falls. Shift premium is only for 2nd and 3rd and is 75 cents/hour. Most if not all of our salary positions and some hourly positions require manufacturing experience. We run 3 shifts, traditional shift times, 7a-3pm, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, with OT as scheduled. Company paid benefits include life insurance, short and long-term disability, Employee Assistance Program Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Works in conjunction with the maintenance team by providing day-to-day troubleshooting, programming and technical support within the processing departments. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing line support; troubleshoot equipment and process problems as required. Service, maintain, repair, install and test equipment in accordance with current machine specifications. PLC/HMI troubleshooting and maintenance to support production Reteach and troubleshoot robotic material handlers and weld cells. Create and modify electrical drawings, process & instrumentation diagrams and schematics as required. Procurement and ordering of spare components, provide justification for orders. Troubleshoot networks for communication issues.

Qualifications/Requirements Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic

Technician or similar Engineering degree / diploma / certificate or Trades Qualification and significant equivalent work experience. Knowledge in the following software packages: Allen Bradley RS Logix 500, 5000, Factory Talk View Studio, Allen Bradley Panel Builder32, Omron CX-Programmer, Omron NT-series Support Tool an asset. Knowledge of PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting along with Robot programming and troubleshooting is an asset. Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot industrial networks (Device Net, EthernetIP). Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot machine safety circuits and applications (ABB Jokab). Understanding of VFD, DC and Servo Drive systems. Familiar with Vision Systems (Keyence, Cognex, Omron). Previous experience and exposure to robotics (ABB, Motoman) an asset.
