Job Summary:
The EHS Manager is responsible for leading and managing all environmental, health, and safety programs within a chemical manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT). Lead site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. Manage incident investigations and ensure timely corrective actions. Oversee environmental permitting, reporting, and waste management activities. Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and contractors. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into operational strategies. Monitor and report EHS performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field. 8+ years of EHS experience in chemical or process manufacturing, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, process safety management (PSM), and industrial hygiene. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.
