We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership in developing and executing a proactive talent strategy while contributing to building high-performing teams across the organization.
Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments, from sourcing to onboarding and integration. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, forecasting, and organizational needs. Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands. Optimize recruiting tools, systems, and processes for scalable hiring. Promote a strong, consistent candidate experience with timely communication and support. Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring performance and inform decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Executive Team) to align hiring plans with business goals. Lead recruitment branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing. Stay current with recruiting trends, technology, and best practices. Support additional HR responsibilities, which may include training and development, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Preferably 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition within a startup or high-growth environment. Proven ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities simultaneously. Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruiting platforms and tools. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with stakeholders across levels. Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to guide hiring decisions. Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
