Administrative Assistant II – Testing Center Coordinator

Cambridge, MA 02138 - Onsite Duration:

3-month contract with extension Primary Responsibilities: Serve as first point-of-contact at the Testing Center. Coordinate exam schedules, space assignments, and equipment. Communicate with faculty and students regarding exam logistics. Organize, secure, and distribute exam materials. Proctor exams and monitor exam rooms. Support testing system operations and troubleshoot as needed. Maintain administrative records, mail distribution, supply inventory. Follow all confidentiality protocols and testing accommodation guidelines. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year each of: Academic environment experience Administrative support experience Customer service experience Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of academic procedures and student accommodations. Strong attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills. Basic office software (MS Office or Google Suite). Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and walk across campus buildings. Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and communication excellence.
