Position Title: Administrative Assistant II – Testing Center Coordinator
Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 - Onsite
Duration: 3-month contract with extension
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point-of-contact at the Testing Center.
- Coordinate exam schedules, space assignments, and equipment.
- Communicate with faculty and students regarding exam logistics.
- Organize, secure, and distribute exam materials.
- Proctor exams and monitor exam rooms.
- Support testing system operations and troubleshoot as needed.
- Maintain administrative records, mail distribution, supply inventory.
- Follow all confidentiality protocols and testing accommodation guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year each of:
- Academic environment experience
- Administrative support experience
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of academic procedures and student accommodations.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills.
- Basic office software (MS Office or Google Suite).
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and walk across campus buildings.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and communication excellence.
