Position Title: Administrative Assistant II – Testing Center Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 - Onsite

Duration: 3-month contract with extension

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point-of-contact at the Testing Center.
  • Coordinate exam schedules, space assignments, and equipment.
  • Communicate with faculty and students regarding exam logistics.
  • Organize, secure, and distribute exam materials.
  • Proctor exams and monitor exam rooms.
  • Support testing system operations and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Maintain administrative records, mail distribution, supply inventory.
  • Follow all confidentiality protocols and testing accommodation guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year each of:
  • Academic environment experience
  • Administrative support experience
  • Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of academic procedures and student accommodations.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills.
  • Basic office software (MS Office or Google Suite).
  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and walk across campus buildings.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and communication excellence.
