Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
3+ years of safety and health engineering and/or leadership
Experience interacting with and training plant labor regarding environmental and safety practices
Prior union experience

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the site's health and safety strategy. This position will be responsible for policy management, regulatory compliance, and incident response. The Safety Manager will collaborate with plant leadership to establish a robust safety culture and cultivate an environment that promotes the physical well-being of employees.
