The successful candidate will serve as the strategic and operational human resources leader for a large manufacturing facility, playing a pivotal role in shaping the site's strategies and functions. This is a highly visible, high-impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities: Functions as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses Collaborates with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results Participates in the development and implementation of financial budgets Implements an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level Guarantees working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies Manages industrial relations with local employee representatives
