What You’ll Do Lead strategic sourcing efforts
– Set the vision and goals for sourcing strategies across key business areas-
Mostly Financial positions! Build proactive pipelines
– Anticipate talent needs and connect with critical, hard-to-find professionals before roles open. Be the expert
– Share market intelligence and insights with business leaders, recruiters, and HR partners to drive smart hiring decisions. Engage and influence
– Leverage data, tools, and your expertise to advise stakeholders and create best-in-class candidate experiences. Grow your expertise
– Stay on the cutting edge of talent trends, tools, and sourcing techniques while showcasing our

What You Bring 3-5+ years in a
dedicated sourcing role
(not full-cycle recruiting) Proven experience building talent pipelines for niche or executive-level roles Advanced search skills using Boolean, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools Strong communication and advisory skills to influence stakeholders Bonus: Healthcare or manufacturing industry recruitment experience This is your opportunity to

Top Skills Needed to be Successful in this Role: True Sourcing experience Ideally, Sourcing Financial positions; if not would still be considered Experience with pulling data insights and talent mapping Presenting data/talent to senior leadership Collaboration/teamwork with business as well as TA Team
