What You’ll Do
✔ Lead strategic sourcing efforts – Set the vision and goals for sourcing strategies across key business areas- Mostly Financial positions!
✔ Build proactive pipelines – Anticipate talent needs and connect with critical, hard-to-find professionals before roles open.
✔ Be the expert – Share market intelligence and insights with business leaders, recruiters, and HR partners to drive smart hiring decisions.
✔ Engage and influence – Leverage data, tools, and your expertise to advise stakeholders and create best-in-class candidate experiences.
✔ Grow your expertise – Stay on the cutting edge of talent trends, tools, and sourcing techniques while showcasing our Employee Value Proposition .
What You Bring
✅ 3-5+ years in a dedicated sourcing role (not full-cycle recruiting)
✅ Proven experience building talent pipelines for niche or executive-level roles
✅ Advanced search skills using Boolean, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
✅ Strong communication and advisory skills to influence stakeholders
✅ Bonus: Healthcare or manufacturing industry recruitment experience
