Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk

to support their operations team. This role is responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with procurement and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of inventory systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and materials.

Package and prepare outgoing shipments in compliance with company and carrier standards.

Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems or inventory software.

Perform routine inventory cycle counts and resolve any discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

Assist with processing purchase orders and managing vendor deliveries.

Prepare basic shipping documentation, including customs forms for international shipments when necessary.

Schedule pick-ups and deliveries with couriers or freight providers.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 1 year of experience in a shipping/receiving, inventory, or warehouse support role.

Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
